Supply

Medical equipment,
instruments
and machines.

Sanitary napkin manufacturing machines, first aid kits, surgical instruments, hospital equipment and furniture, supplied across India. 1,000+ instruments and equipment lines, supplied since 2002 to government and private institutions, and maintained afterwards by the same engineers.

A tray of stainless steel surgical instruments, forceps, scissors and a scalpel handle, laid out on a sterile field with a syringe and vial beside it.

Pad manufacturing

Sanitary napkin machines, installed and run in.

Machines for producing sanitary napkins, supplied to institutions, self-help groups and manufacturing units. Output, footprint and automation vary by model, so the machine is matched to your volume at the quotation stage. Installed, with operator training and maintenance afterwards.

Tell us the output you need per shift and the floor space you have, and we will match the model to it. Operators are trained on the machine at handover, and the same engineers maintain it afterwards.

First aid kits

Made up to your contents list, refilled on a standing order.

First aid kits made up against the buyer's own contents list, for workplaces, institutions, schools, vehicles and clinical use. Supplied filled, and refilled on a standing order rather than a fresh purchase order each time.

Factories and workplaces

Wall mounted boxes stocked to the contents the Factories Act rules require, one per shift area, checked and refilled on a standing order so the box is never found empty at an inspection.

Schools and institutions

Cuts, sprains, burns and nosebleeds, handled by staff who are not clinicians. Contents lean towards dressings and antiseptics, and away from anything that needs training to use.

Vehicles and ambulances

A sealed kit that survives heat and vibration, carried to the casualty rather than the other way round. Trauma items go in this one: tourniquet, pressure bandage, splints.

Wards, OPD and site clinics

Clinical use alongside the dressing trolley, restocked from the same standing order as the ward's consumables.

How to order

From requirement list to installed equipment.

  1. STEP 01

    Send the list

A requirement list, a tender document or a photograph of the old unit is enough to start. Call +91 98250 70790 or send it on WhatsApp.

  2. STEP 02

    Quotation

An itemised quotation with specification against each line, so it can be compared line by line and put straight into a purchase file.

  3. STEP 03

    Tender and GeM documentation

We have supplied against government tenders since 2002, including the ORET programme, and provide the documentation those processes ask for.

  4. STEP 04

    Delivery, installation and handover

Delivered, installed, tested and demonstrated to the staff who will use it. Installation is done by the same engineers who service it afterwards.

  5. STEP 05

    Maintenance from day one

Warranty support, then an AMC or CMC when the warranty ends. This is the part a trading company cannot offer.

Why buy here

We repair what we sell, so we sell what we can repair.

Specification you can compare

Itemised quotations with the specification against each line, ready to go into a purchase file or a tender comparison.

24 years of failure data

We have serviced equipment in 95 institutions since 2002. That tells us which models last in a district hospital and which do not.

Installed by our own engineers

Delivery, installation, testing and staff handover by the team that will hold the maintenance contract afterwards.

Government supply experience

Tender supply since 2002, including equipment under the ORET programme and maintenance aligned to National Health Mission requirements.

What we supply, on video

Machines, instruments and packing lines of the kind we supply, install and maintain. Illustrative footage, not our own plant. Ask us and we will send you the specification and photographs for the exact model you are quoting.

Full supply list
Supply questions

What purchase departments ask us.

Not answered here? Call +91 98250 70790 and speak to someone who works on the equipment.

01

Do you supply surgical instruments as well as equipment?

Yes. Mediscan Equipment supplies stainless steel surgical instruments, made up sets such as gynaecology and neurosurgery sets, and hospital equipment across ten departments. Instruments can be supplied loose or made up into sets against a theatre's own list.

02

What does the supply range cover?

The catalogue covers 1,000+ instruments and equipment lines across 18 groups: sanitary napkin manufacturing machines, first aid kits and boxes, surgical instruments and sets, surgical and medical disposables, icu and critical care, operation theatre, endoscopy and laparoscopy towers, orthopaedic and neuro power tools, radiology and imaging, paediatric and neonatal, gynaecology and obstetrics, physiotherapy, laboratory, sterilisation, surgical microscopes, hospital beds, examination and delivery tables, hospital furniture and trolleys.

03

Do you supply sanitary napkin making machines?

Yes. We supply fully automatic and semi automatic sanitary napkin manufacturing machines, along with napkin incinerators, vending machines and raw material, to institutions, self-help groups and manufacturing units. The machine is installed, operators are trained on it, and it is maintained afterwards by our own engineers.

04

Do you supply first aid kits in bulk?

Yes. First aid kits and boxes are supplied in quantity for workplaces, factories, institutions, schools, vehicles and clinical use, made up against the contents list you specify. Refills can be supplied on a standing order rather than a fresh purchase order each time.

05

What is inside a first aid kit?

A workplace box is stocked to the contents the Factories Act rules require, in 4 groups: dressings and bandages, antiseptics and medication, instruments and protection, emergency and trauma additions. The full item list is on this page. Quantities are made up to your headcount and to the category of box you need, and are stated line by line on the quotation.

06

Can you supply against a government tender?

Yes. We have supplied and serviced against government tenders since 2002, including equipment under the ORET programme, and we provide the specification and documentation those processes require.

07

Why buy from a service company rather than a dealer?

Because the people quoting the equipment are the people who will repair it. We know which models fail, which manufacturers keep engineers in Gujarat, and what a machine costs to run over ten years rather than on the day it is bought.

08

Do you install what you supply?

Yes. Delivery, installation, testing and staff handover are done by our own engineers. The same team then holds the warranty support and any maintenance contract afterwards.

09

Can one order cover instruments, equipment and furniture?

Yes. A single quotation can cover instrument sets, department equipment and hospital furniture, which is usually simpler for a purchase department than raising separate orders with three suppliers.

Discuss your equipment
requirements.

Contract quotations follow a precise site inspection and equipment audit, not a phone call. Contact us to schedule an assessment.
